Andrew Wommack, President & Founder
Andrew brings the simplicity of the Word of God and the revelation of grace into every classroom. Sharing from his decades of study in Scripture, Andrew is able to teach the Word in a powerful and practical way. His classes include A Sure Foundation, Basics of Righteousness, Relationship with God, The Making of a Minister, and more. Students can expect to receive the truth of the Word from someone who has lived out everything he teaches.
Jamie Wommack, Co-Founder of Andrew Wommack Ministries & Charis Bible College
Jamie Wommack has been an integral part of Andrew Wommack Ministries since its inception in 1978. She was the general manager for many years until the ministry grew so large that they required outside assistance. She has led praise and worship and provided special music at Andrew Wommack Ministries’ Gospel Truth Seminars. Jamie continues to be involved with the ministry’s operations, travels to meetings, and ministers in music at AWM and Charis Bible College events. Her unique gifting touches the hearts of people with anointed and worshipful song directed to the Lord. In December of 2014, Jamie made her stage debut in the Charis production God with Us and has gone on to be a part of Charis’s Christmas performances. Jamie has been married to Andrew for over forty years. They have two sons and a beautiful granddaughter.
Susan Stewart, Director
Susan was born and raised in Walsall and has her family roots there. Susan has ministered in her church with children and youth sharing the word in engaging ways. She is a graduate of Charis Bible College where she completed four years of study in both Day and Night school including the 3rd Year Leadership Programme. Susan’s life has been radically changed as a result of coming into contact with the ministry of Charis Bible College and she has a desire to share this life changing message with the world.
Antionnette Carpenter, College Dean
Antionnette is a graduate of a London University, where she studied Nursing. After qualifying as an RGN and working in this field for several years, Antionnette and her husband Trevor, obeyed the call of God to attend Bible College. As a family, with their son Jordon, they relocated to Walsall, West Midlands to attend Charis Bible College in 2012. Antionnette and Trevor, both graduated from Charis in 2014, and completed the Third Year Ministry Training Programme in 2015. Antionnette is currently the College Dean and relishes the privilege of being in this position to serve staff and students alike, to accomplish the vision to ‘change lives and ultimately change the world.’
Oluwatobi Adewale, College Administrator
Oluwatobi was a successful secondary school teacher for 12 years and held a leadership position at his last school before attending Charis Bible College. He attended King’s College University in London where he majored in Theology. Oluwatobi first encountered Andrew Wommack’s teachings in his early twenties when a friend gave him the CD set of Andrew’s teaching titled “You’ve Already Got It”. In the summer of 2015 Oluwatobi had an encounter with God whilst on holiday and heard God tell him to attend bible college. He is a graduate of Charis Bible College Walsall and is now our College Administrator. He has a passion for teaching the Word of God with simplicity and enjoys reading and watching football in his spare time.
Lorna Wilson, Missions Coordinator
It was in 2013 that Lorna began her Charis experience after deciding to retire from 32 years of General Nursing. After completing 3 years at Charis, in 2016 she started working for AWME/Charis as Receptionist/Purchaser for AWME and Missions Coordinator for Charis Bible College. Due to the growth of the college her role is now totally focused on coordinating the students’ mission trips. This has been an exciting development. Her role as Missions Coordinator is to inspire students with regards to mission as much as it is to organise their mission trips abroad and in the UK, taking the Gospel as far and as deep to people of a different culture and environment to their own.
Lucy Curtis-Prior, 3rd Year Coordinator
Having spent a number of years working with young people in London, Lucy discovered the true Grace of God and the amazing power of His Word through Andrew’s teachings. This gave her a desire to attend Charis Bible College in Walsall, from which she graduated in 2012. Following this, Lucy stepped into the post of 3rd Year Leadership Programme Coordinator. She values the students whose lives God has led her to touch in some way, and feels it is an immense privilege to continue learning and working alongside colleagues in this environment.
Shirley Mifetu, Student Services Coordinator
Shirley is originally from the Island of Mauritius. She first came across a testimony of Healing through Andrew Wommack, which she found on the internet, this has radically changed her life. Shirley attended 3 years of Bible College, where she learnt more about God’s unconditional love and the balance between grace and faith. Shirley has since stepped into the role of Student Services Coordinator, which she enjoys very much. She has a passion to support and encourage the students as they develop and thrive towards their God given potential.
Robin Daniel Chellaswamy, Second Year Coordinator
Robin, originally from Kerala, South India, is a recent Charis Bible College Hybrid School Graduate from CBC, Walsall. He has over 13 years of teaching experience as a Mathematics teacher with additional leadership responsibilities in public and independent schools in England.
He is married to Divya and they have five blessed children. Robin had a desire to attend CBC after listening to Andrew Wommack’s teachings through YouTube. Since starting as a Hybrid school student, Robin and his family’s lives have been radically changing and they are now strongly rooted in Christ and growing in His word. He believes its an honour and privilege to serve Charis Bible College and AWME.
Selina Brown, Assistant Missions Coordinator
Selina has lived in Walsall all of her life. She was introduced to Andrew Wommack’s teaching at the Grace and Faith Conference in 2016. Selina heard the simple truth of the Gospel for the first time. She had an encounter with God that completely transformed her life. Selina and her husband Andrew are 2018 graduates of Charis Bible College and 2019 graduates of the Third Year Leadership programme. Upon graduating Selina was given the opportunity to work in the Mission’s Department. Selina finds it exciting and rewarding, helping the students to prepare for and take part in successful mission trips, enabling them to take the Gospel as far and as deep as possible. She has a strong desire to share the truth of the Word of God with people who are yet to have heard it.
